It is the ache of my heart,
that pushes me to start,
on an uncharted path,
that will unleash its wrath,
a wind that rolls through,
with a mighty force of truth,
no secrets to keep,
we both take a huge leap,
two souls stripped bare,
take heed world and beware,
we scream into the night,
and hold on tight,
as the world stares at us,
whispers that make a fuss,
undeterred we march on,
blissfully we declare we won,
we have each other to lean,
no more need to be mean,
rage inside quieted by the sound,
of life that beats inside me,
a life you put there to be,
a new chance to be the light,
be still your fight.
An unstoppable force,
that has met an immovable object.
